Each Player may hold only one (1) active account on the parebet platform. The existence of duplicate accounts – whether created intentionally or inadvertently – is a material breach of these Terms. parebet will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change. parebet is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.

parebet reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.
parebet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels. Accepted methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where technically supported.
The following payment methods are strictly prohibited on parebet: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card deposits for gambling purposes, which are prohibited under current Philippine regulations.
All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. parebet does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform. parebet may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits, or to verified accounts in the Player's name, to prevent money laundering.
parebet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
parebet may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

parebet's decision on all bonus-related matters is final. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

All content on the parebet platform – including but not limited to the parebet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software – is the intellectual property of parebet or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the parebet platform for personal, recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any parebet content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, parebet's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
parebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if parebet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
parebet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and circumstances beyond parebet's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. parebet will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
parebet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the parebet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
parebet will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the parebet service.

parebet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or breach of Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.
Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting parebet support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations owed to parebet.
parebet reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the email address registered to their account and/or by prominent notice on the parebet platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process where applicable.
